This was my very first car, I’ve had it for a year. It’s had 3 previous owners and it has been in a tiny accident from the previous owners that caused no damage to the frame or car itself. It has few tiny scratches on the sides by door handles but none that are extremely noticeable. The rocker panels are starting to rust but that was a flaw in most Ford Focus. You can easily sand them down and repaint them to look better if you please. The car does amazing on gas mileage and drives great. I had a service check earlier this year and replaced the brakes since they were going bad. It needs an oil change at about 157,000 miles since I’ve been using synthetic oil. During the winter tickets me, since it is a lightweight sedan, I put a 60lb sandbag in the trunk to keep the rear heavier for traction on ice and snow. The lights are clean and work and I replaced the back left light just 2 months ago. The windshield wipers works great during rain. The inside is nice and clean and the seats are clean and not worn out or torn. There is no smell of smoke or any visual wear on the inside. One problem I encountered with my Focus was the key rod when starting my car, it wouldn’t turn all the way so my car wouldn’t start unless I pushed really hard while turning the key but it still wouldn’t always work. Ford had a flaw with the focus key rod wearing down and not working properly, but my father and I fixed it but rewiring the starter wires to a push button which we drilled in the side by the key hole so all you have to do is put the key in the on position and press the button then let go and the car is started. It works great and I personally enjoy pushing the button then turning the key. Makes me feel like I’m driving a new BMW(not really lol). I have personally loved using the aux feature to listen to my music from my phone. I have never got in any accidents and treated the car with great care. I have really loved this car and it has been great for me, but I’m thinking it time to sell. I’m only 18 and I’ve been interested in cars for awhile, but the main reason I’m selling is because this car is a small sedan. I’m 6 foot 3 inches and when I’m driving this, I have to put my seat all the way in the back and my head almost touches the top. I’m usually the driver when my friends and I hangout but my friends are taller as well so they either can’t sit behind me without being uncomfortable or their isn’t room for them.
